500 g ground chicken
1/4 cup granted parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grounded black pepper
4 leaves lettuce
4 burger burns, split and warmed.
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
Combine Chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form into flat, round patties.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Place burger patties in a pan and cook until golden brown, flipping it once. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side
Top the patties with parmesan cheese and cover it, cook for 2 more minutes or until the cheese melt.
On the top of bottom burn stack the burger patties, lettuce and coleslaw close it with top bun.
