Chicken cream tikka

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm. chicken breasts ( cut into 2" pieces )

  • 2 tbsps. ginger garlic green chillies paste

  • 2 tbsps. cashewnut paste

  • 3 tbsps. curd

  • 3 tbsps. malai

  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala

  • pinch of saffron

  • 3 tbs. oil

  • salt to taste

For serving

  • lemon sliced

  • onion salads

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients and keep it aside for an hour.

  2. Skewer chicken in wooden sticks, and roast it on charcoal fire brushing with oil, till tender.

  3. Serve with lemon, onion, mint and salad.
