Chicken or fish and chips

  • 4 full chicken breast boneless or 1/2 kg. fish boneless ( cut into 1/2" by 4" strips )

  • 2 tbsps. ginger garlic chilli paste.

  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala

  • salt to taste.

  • flour and bread crumbs for rolling

  • 2 eggs beaten with a little salt and oil for deep frying

For serving :

  • potato chips

  • tomato sauce

  • cole slaw


  1. Marinate chicken or fish with masala paste, garam masala and salt.

  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Then roll each piece in flour, then eggs and lastly in bread crumbs.

  3. keep them to chill. When you need, deep fry the chicken or fish till golden brown.

  4. Serve at once with potato chips, tomato sauce and cole slaw
