2 nos. chicken breasts
1 tbsp. ginger garlic chilli paste
salt to taste
5 - 6 green chillies chopped
6 - 8 bread rolls
lettuce leaves ( salad leaves )
Boil chicken with masala paste, salt and 1 cup water till the chicken is cooked and stock must be at least half a cup.
Cool the chicken and shred the meat.
in stock add green chillies and shredded chicken and cook again till it is dry.
slit the rolls, apply 2 - 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise. Spread on shredded chicken, place lettuce leaves.
Wrap in paper napkin and serve.
