Chicken roll

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 nos. chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp. ginger garlic chilli paste

  • salt to taste

  • 5 - 6 green chillies chopped

  • 6 - 8 bread rolls

  • mayonnaise

  • lettuce leaves ( salad leaves )

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil chicken with masala paste, salt and 1 cup water till the chicken is cooked and stock must be at least half a cup.

  2. Cool the chicken and shred the meat.

  3. in stock add green chillies and shredded chicken and cook again till it is dry.

  4. slit the rolls, apply 2 - 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise. Spread on shredded chicken, place lettuce leaves.

  5. Wrap in paper napkin and serve.
