1 tbsp. ginger garlic chilli paste
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
salt to taste
3 tbsps. oil
1 large onion minced
2 tbsps. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. worcester sauce
few coriander and mint leaves chopped
3-4 green chilies chopped
400 gms. flour
5 tbsps. oil
1 tsp. salt
Mix all the first 7 ingredients and keep on fire.
Stir continuously till it becomes tender and dry.
Heat oil and fry the onion till it is soft. Add the tomato sauce, worcester sauce and minced chicken.
Remove from fire. Add coriander, mint leaves and green chillies.
For covering: Sieve the flour. Add in oil and salt, and rub till it becomes like bread crumbs. Pour water and knead to a hard dough. Divide the dough into 10 -12 balls, roll 5" roti and cut into half.
Put one table spoon of chicken mixture and fold like samosa.
Heat oil, and deep fry till golden in color.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
NOTE: Fry the samosas on a slow fire first, and when golden, increase heat and remove from oil.
