1 cup water
½ cup butter melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 & ½ cups maida (All-purpose flour) sifted
Oil for frying
1 cup caster sugar
In saucepan,add water and butter and let it melt.
Add salt,vanilla essence to the mixture of butter and water and bring it to boil.
Add all-purpose flour to it and mix until well combined.
Once cooked, switch off the flame and add eggs one by one and mix after each addition.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with tip.
In frying pan,add oil and heat it,carefully pipe mixture into the preheated oil and cut end with clean scissor.
Fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
In bowl, take caster sugar and add churros into it and coat well.
