Cold coffee

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 litre cold full cream milk

  • Sugar to taste

  • 5 tbps. instant coffee powder

  • 200 ml fresh cream chilled or vanilla ice cream

DIRECTION

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the mixie till it turns frothy.

  2. Pour into tall glasses. Serve.

NOTE: For full cream milk you can take good quality of milk available in plastic polythene bag. Do not boil the milk.
