Crisp chicken fry

1 chicken cut into 4 or 8 pieces
2 tsps. ginger garlic chilli paste
1/2 tsp. garam masala
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 teacup water
flour for rolling
2 eggs beaten with little salt
oil for deep frying
Boil chicken with masala paste, garam masala, salt and water till water is dry.
Cool and roll chicken in flour and dip in eggs, lastly roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil, and fry the chicken till golden brown.
Serve at once with chips, tomato sauce and cole slaw.
