5 - 6 large potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. corn flour
oil for deep frying
Boil 1/2 liter water with corn flour and salt.
Add in potatoes and boil for two minutes. Drain water and spread in tray to dry.
Heat oil, add chips and fry till light golden brown. Drain it and keep on a tissue paper.
serve at once with tomato sauce, or chicken, fish or burger
