INGREDIENTS

  • curd out of 1 liters milk

  • sugar to taste

  • 2 teacups (any fruit crushed) like strawberry, pineapple, peach or mango

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put curd into big a strainer, place it on a bowl to collect the water for an hour.

  2. Beat the curd, add in fruit and sugar, mix well.

  3. Chill and serve as a dessert.
