INGREDIENTS
curd out of 1 liters milk
sugar to taste
2 teacups (any fruit crushed) like strawberry, pineapple, peach or mango
DIRECTIONS
Put curd into big a strainer, place it on a bowl to collect the water for an hour.
Beat the curd, add in fruit and sugar, mix well.
Chill and serve as a dessert.
