250g semi sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coco powder
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease 8 inch square baking dish or line it with aluminium foil or parchment paper.
microwave half of the chocolate and butter for 20 seconds, until completely smooth. Save the other half for later.
In a large bowl, beat in the eggs, add sugar and vanilla extract, mix it with a electric hand mixer for about 2 minutes or until the mixture becomes fluffy.
To the mixture add melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well, but remember not to overmix them
Chop the remaining half of the chocolate into chunks and add it to the batter.
Transfer the batter to the bake dish and bake it for 20-25 minutes, then cool completely and serve it with a glass of milk.
