INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gms. minced meat

  • 3 large slices of bread ( make into crumbs ).

  • 1 tbsp. woster sauce

  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp. chilli sauce

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • 1 small onion minced

  • few coriander and mint leaves chopped

  • 1 egg salt to taste

  • oil for frying

For serving :

  • 6 bread rolls

  • 8 tbsps. mayonnaise

  • 1-2 tbsps. butter

  • few lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the mince ingredients and blend well. Divide into six equal size and shape into 8" long rolls.

  2. Heat 4 tbsps. Oil and gently fry the rolls till brown in color. Place the warm rolls into bread rolls with lettuce leaves.

  3. Wrap in paper napkins and serve.

Procedure for serving :

Slit rolls and apply the mayonnaise mixture generously and keep aside.
