INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tea cup wheat germs (daliya)

  • 3 tea cups water

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

For serving

  • 250 ml. milk or curd

  • sugar or gur (jaggery) to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook wheat germs (daliya) with water and salt in pressure cooker fro 15 minutes.

  2. Serve warm with milk,curd, sugar or gur.

NOTE: This porridge is good for health, and nutritious for sick and old person.
