INGREDIENTS
10 chicken leg
4 kashmiri red chillies
6 large flakes garlic
2" piece ginger
1 tsp.coriander seeds
1 tsp.cumin seeds
1/2 tea cup curd
1/2 tsp. garam masala
3 tbs. oil
salt to taste
oil for brushing
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients.
Slit the chicken legs and apply the masala all over, and inside.
Keep it aside for 1 hour. grill on open fire (segri) turning occasionally brushing with oil till chicken is brown and tender.
Serve with lemon and salad.
NOTE: Place the grill on segri and grill the leg pieces.
