INGREDIENTS

  • 10 chicken leg

  • 4 kashmiri red chillies

  • 6 large flakes garlic

  • 2" piece ginger

  • 1 tsp.coriander seeds

  • 1 tsp.cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tea cup curd

  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala

  • 3 tbs. oil

  • salt to taste

  • oil for brushing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients.

  2. Slit the chicken legs and apply the masala all over, and inside.

  3. Keep it aside for 1 hour. grill on open fire (segri) turning occasionally brushing with oil till chicken is brown and tender.

  4. Serve with lemon and salad.

NOTE: Place the grill on segri and grill the leg pieces.
