Toasted Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 large slice bread buttered both the sides generously

  • green chutney spread

  • 4 large potatoes boiled and sliced

  • 4 tomatoes sliced

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 capsicums chopped

  • 200 gm. cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Apply chutney spread on one side of the bread slice.

  2. On the spread arrange potato, tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper and sprinkle grated cheese on top generously.

  3. Cover with bread slice chutney side down.

  4. Butter side must be outside of both the slice.

  5. Toast the sandwich in sandwich toaster till golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
