Tulsi tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tea cups

  • 1" piece ginger crushed

  • 3-4 stalks each of tulsi and mint leaves crushed

  • 1-2 tbsps sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Strain and press the leaves to extract the juice. Serve hot.

NOTE: This tea is very good for cold, cough and cold fever.
